If your child will be 5 years old on or before August 31st, 2025, this night is especially for you. 🎶🎤 Join us for a night of music and unity! 🎶🎤
Tonight we’re celebrating Music in Our Schools Month with our annual district-wide choir concert! Featuring talented singers from BSE, DRE, EDW, CMS, and BSHS, this special evening showcases the power of music to bring us together. Our program includes selections from Grease, hymns, spirituals, folk songs, contemporary choral pieces, and world music that inspire connection and joy.

Our fourth graders are partnering with Third Space Coffee! Two mornings a week, students are able to learn what it is like to work in a coffee shop.

BSE students will have the opportunity to purchase a Wish-A-Gram special note and candy for a friend at school!
Wish-A-Grams will be available in the mornings inside the front entrance between 8:15am-8:30am from March 3rd-7th.

Student leaders from Clark Middle School visited 5th graders across USD 204 to help them prepare for their big transition to 6th grade! 🎒✨ They shared advice, answered questions, and gave a sneak peek into what middle school life is all about. 🏫👏 Adding to the excitement, the middle school's famous furry friends, Remi and LuLu, who serve as School Companion Dogs, joined the visit, bringing plenty of tail wags and comfort along the way! 🐶


Spread the Word Inclusion is a Special Olympics campaign that takes place annually on the first Wednesday of March. The campaign encourages schools, organizations, and communities to support and accept people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
BSE will celebrate this campaign & spread awareness with an Inclusion Spirit Week March 3rd-7th. Please see the flyer for details!

Due to inclement weather, the Instrument Petting Zoo has been rescheduled to Tuesday, February 25th from 6:00 - 7:30 PM in the Clark Middle School Band Room! 🎶
This hands-on event is perfect for current 5th grade students interested in joining band. They’ll have the chance to try out different instruments with guidance from our teaching staff to find the perfect fit! 🎷🥁🎺
